The NV Brut Grand Cru is a blend of Grand Crus, dominated by Chardonnay and enriched by Pinot Noir. An amazing aperitif showcasing the different terroirs and grape varieties of Champagne, all enhanced by the Collery style. Aromas of fresh pastries and stone fruits. A palate of vibrant citrus, with a long fresh finish.

  • 5g/L dosage that has been aged in Sauternes Grand Cru barrels

The NV Rosé Grand Cru is a blended rosé, with Pinot Noir giving the wine it’s style and elegance, balanced by the freshness of Chardonnay. Its red wine richness and low dosage make it a wine to be enjoyed in any season. The nose is generous yet sophisticated, with raspberry and rose notes. Delicate Morello cherry and Mirabelle plum give roundness to the palette.

  • 6g/L dosage that has been aged in Sauternes Grand Cru barrels

This Blanc de Blancs has benefitted from a long ageing on the lees before disgorgement, allowing it to reach the perfect balance and ideal maturity which won it Best In Show at Decanter Wine Awards 2023. A rich, aromatic bouquet of white flowers, candied fruit and fresh pastry on the nose, with a voluptuous palate with notes of Williams pear and zesty citrus fruit.

Blanc de Noirs Brut Grand Cru

  • 100% Pinot Noir
  • Minimum 72 months on lees
  • 7g/L dosage that has been aged in old Burgundy barrels
  • Won a “Gold” medal at the 2024 Champagne Masters

This Blanc de Noirs has benefitted from a long ageing on lees before disgorgement, allowing the Pinot Noir of which it is composed to develop all its aromatic potential and power. The nose is intense with red fruit and apple jelly. On the palate, a fresh expression of pear, honey and brioche.
