Game changing passion fruit liqueur from the heart of South America
Passion fruit meets rum in this flavour explosion. Perfect for cocktails or spirit and mixer, Casa Buena is a blend of passion fruit pulp, organic cane alcohol and organic cane sugar. The fruits are soaked in alcohol for two weeks to maximise flavour, and then expertly blended with passion fruit-infused sugar syrup.
A beautiful golden yellow colour (incidentally the same colour as the fruit!), Casa Buena is the upgrade your p*rn star martinis have been crying out for. Or, pop it in the freezer and enjoy it as an aperitif, or digestif or pour it over dessert.
We genuinely didn’t think we would get excited about a passion fruit product – but then, we hadn’t tried this!
Perfect Serve:
Paraguayan P*rn Star Martini
50ml Aval Dor Vodka
25ml Casa Buena
15ml Vanilla Syrup
15ml Lime Juice (fresh)
60ml fizz of choice.
Shake the first four ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top
with bubbles.
