When did you start in the industry?
The first step I took in the drinks industry was in Chile. When I was 18, I flew over to the Curico Valley with the ambition of gaining a better understanding of how wine is made. This was ahead of studying Wine at University (yes, it’s a real course). My first experience of working in the UK wine trade was at Butlers Wine Cellar in Brighton. An absolute gem on the south coast that’s run by some of the nicest people you could ever meet.
Where are you most likely to be found?
I love being by the sea. So down on the south coast or perched on a bar stool in any industry haunt I can find.
Favourite Drink?
I’m a big fan of a Margarita. I’d probably say a Mezcal Margarita with a refreshing beer on the side.

When did you start in the industry?
I had bar jobs through university whilst gaining what turned out to be a pretty redundant degree in Print Journalism, after a brief hiatus travelling I came back to
London and fell in to the hospitality circuit before switching sides in 2013 with HiSpirits. Since then I’ve been involved in multiple brand launches across the UK and
have worked further afield in International Sales.
Where are you most likely to be found?
Soho and central London – the energy that this place has is unbounding, and those that know me, know I can sometimes be found at a wee bar near soho square that
has something to do with a tropical bird.
Favourite Drink?
I’d have to go for two, first off a Paloma – and I’m really enjoying its current revival. I’d never knock a well made Old Fashioned, or Manhattan. I know, that was three but I’ve never been great at making my mind up.

When did you start in the industry?
I first worked behind the bar the moment I turned 18 in a late night cocktail venue in Cambridge. A baptism of fire! Despite dipping my toe in a few other jobs, nothing since has been able to match the fun and energy of people in the drinks business. Plus I find it impossible to sit behind a desk for long. Since then I’ve done and enjoyed both sides of the bar, most recently at Rémy Cointreau and Pernod Ricard.
Where are you most likely to be found?
If I’m out – drinking plenty of coffee, preferably on a terrace. If I’m out-out – a toss-up between martinis or margaritas, also more than likely on a terrace. If I’m home – trying to turn my flat into a jungle full of houseplants; not always succeeding.
Favourite Drink?
I’m convinced margaritas are just good for the soul. Plus I’m always partial to a neat whisk(e)y or three!
